Gehrlicher Dry Extracts

They produce a variety of dry extracts, also known as siccum extracts. They select high-quality plant-based raw materials and extract them using solvents like alcohol, water or alcohol-water mixtures, with or without heat. After extraction, the solvent is carefully removed, often under vacuum and at low temperatures, to preserve the sensitive active ingredients. The remaining concentrate is then further dried to obtain a fine, dry and highly concentrated powder. To enhance handling and stability, excipients like maltodextrin or highly dispersed silicon dioxide are added to improve the flow properties and dosing accuracy of the final product.
