Solid Drug layering machine is designed for centrifugal layering of drugs. The process involves the deposition of successive layers of an active compound onto nonpareil seeds resulting in the formation of uniform sized pellets. The operation is carried out using a plain rotating plate known as Layering Plate with a vertical shaft spinning at predetermined speed (200-700 RPM) at the bottom of the cylindrical drum.
