Solmatic Semi-Automatic BOV Machine Set

Solmatic’s semi-automatic BOV stations are complete workstations designed for Bag-On-Valve production, combining pre-gassing, valve crimping, and precise product filling. They are used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries – both in testing environments and in laboratories or R&D departments. Depending on the configuration, stations may include two or more modules – such as a pre-gassing and crimping unit, a filling module, and a head for final pressure control. We offer both compact solutions on a shared frame (e.g. PT-5253 BOV) and mobile setups with separate stands (e.g. BOV Laboratory Station). The machines are compatible with standard aerosol cans as well as PET containers.
