Rigid Containment Isolator, Upto OEL 5 Category products : This total Isolator includes Dispensing & Sampling, HSMG, Wet Co-mill, FBD, Dry Co-mill & Blender unit for Granulation Operations.
Sometimes, Client will have Sampling & Dispensing Isolator dedicated at Warehouse for Incoming Raw API & Excipients approval OR client will have predispensed bags for API & Excipients for Granulation process.
Total Isolator is 8 Mtrs in Length, Generation III model in which following are the key features we included from our end :
1. Dual Wall Isolator - Outside cladding will be in Single Sheet
2. LED as well as mono-chromatic Lightening for Light sensitive products
3. Auto Leak Test during each interval / Log-in
4. HMI operation with 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance (Partial) and Total 21 CFR Part 11 - if client required.
5. European Finishing inside and out side for the system (Inside < 0.2 Ra) etc.
